These Terms of Use govern your use of chromaglowdrone.com (the “Site”), operated by Chromaglow (“Chromaglow,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover use of the website only. Drone light show services are provided under a separate written agreement signed by the client, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. Package descriptions, starting prices, drone counts, show lengths and other details are subject to change and are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Prices shown as “starting at” or with a “+” are minimums; your quote depends on your date, location, travel, design and other factors.
Information about FAA rules, airspace, permits, venues and weather is general in nature and is not legal or regulatory advice. Every show is subject to the approvals, conditions and safety decisions that apply at the time.
Quotes and Inquiries
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a booking or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when both parties sign a service agreement and any required deposit is received.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos and show designs, belong to Chromaglow or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
