During your initial consultation, we discuss:

Your wedding date and location – When and where are you getting married?
Your guest count – How many people will be attending?
Your vision for the show – What do you want your drone show to include? What animations matter most?
Music selection – What song(s) should the show be synchronized to?
Budget and package options – Which package (Capture, Illuminate, or Spectacle) fits your needs?
Venue details – Is your venue drone-show friendly? Are there any restrictions or logistics to discuss?

Step 2: Custom Show Design & Animation Creation

Timeline: 2-6 weeks before wedding

Once you’ve booked, our creative team gets to work designing your unique show.

Here’s what happens:

Animation design: We create the custom animations you requested—your initials, your wedding date, hearts, logos, or any design you want. We send you sketches or previews so you can approve and provide feedback.
Show choreography: Our team choreographs how the show will flow. What animation comes first? How do they transition? What’s the finale? The music guides everything.
